PROJECT OVERVIEW
First opened in 1975 when Ville Nouvelle was blooming, the regional shopping centre had a high-quality renovation and expansion of more than 16,000 m2 between 2001 and 2003. Much more than a shopping centre, Evry 2 is now a unique place with a perfectly optimised leisure offering. The Méga CGR cinema is located alongside François Le Comte skating rink, a pool with a fitness area, and the "Arènes de l’Agora", a 2,800-seat event venue. Its large array of services, from travel and telephone agencies, dry cleaners, and photo shops - gives access to multi-service spaces that are very practical for day-to-day life.
ATEÏS SOLUTION
Ateïs provided a complete EN54-compliant public address and voice alarm system to meet both safety and comfort audio needs. The installation is based on the IDA8 platform, ensuring high intelligibility, full redundancy, and centralized control. A Magellan Desk operator console was integrated for efficient paging, supervision, and emergency announcements throughout the shopping center.
