DESCRIPTION

The BCU-4830A / BCU-4875A battery chargers (48 VDC) are designed for secured battery backup and power sharing of IDA8 and BOUTIQUE systems.

The battery chargers are microprocessor based devices designed to charge lead acid batteries and monitors the battery status simultaneously. With Battery Balance function, the BCU-4830A / BCU-4875A battery charger can maximize the capacity utilization of the 4 battery cells and increase their longevity.

The mains power output of BCU-4830A is 30A max. and BCU-4875A is 75A max., and the maximum charging current of BCU-4830A is 3A and 6A for BCU-4875A. The BCU-4830A/BCU-4875A is equipped with the contact outputs for remote monitoring, and takes a resistance measurement of the battery to make sure the battery is functioned or not. In addition, the BCU-4830A/BCU-4875A will detect and control the battery charging action via the temperature senor, providing a longer battery's life.
