DESCRIPTION
The PSS paging console allows call-paging, message broadcasting and DSP matrix parameter control over a secure (monitored) bus. The backlit full-color touch screen is designed for simple, user-friendly operation and offers a total of 168 software keys across 14 pages for zone or group of zone selection.
Each key contains a colour-changing field indicating that the zone is occupied by a different process. All paging parameters for site operation can be pre-programmed such as zones can be assigned, named, grouped to different buttons, message triggering, level control, setting of pre-call chime. The message and the chime can also be stored in the PSS. In addition, fader control, button control and event control can also be pre-configured.
The ATEÏS range of security systems complies with current architectural demands requiring IP and/or fiber-optic networking to cater for any possible PA/VA design as stated in EN54-16, ISO 7240-16 and BS5839/8, with specific attributes for compliance in large installations.
There are two versions of PSS-G2 with identical hardware and functionality but different firmware :
- PSS-G2: EN54-16 compliant - compatible with PRIMA VA and DIVA systems
- PSS-G2E: non EN 54-16 compliant, can be powered by Ethernet - compatible with DIVA systems
