PROJECT OVERVIEW
El edificio fue diseñado y construido por Rast Architekten de Berna en 2010 y 2011, y se adquirió en 2012. El nuevo edificio, con capacidad para casi 1 700 empleados, satisface todas estas exigencias gracias a un concepto espacial moderno, a las medidas de eficiencia energética implantadas y, no menos importante, a sus excelentes conexiones con el transporte público local.
ATEÏS SOLUTION
Ateïs provided a complete EN54-compliant public address and voice alarm system to meet both safety and comfort audio needs. The installation is based on the IDA8 platform, ensuring high intelligibility, full redundancy, and centralized control. A Magellan Desk operator console was integrated for efficient paging, supervision, and emergency announcements throughout the shopping center.
